Digital product & growth studio — Houston, TX

Digital products that generate pipeline.

We design and build web platforms, mobile apps, and the growth engines behind them — for companies whose next launch can't afford to miss.

Engagements from $99 · MVPs in 6–12 weeks · you own everything

Five vertical SaaS products — built, shipped, and operated in-house on the Plaidware platform.

01The gap

Your business outgrew its digital presence. Buyers notice in the first five seconds — then they leave, quietly, and buy from someone who looks like they can deliver.

We close that gap. Not with a prettier brochure — with a product: engineered pages that load before doubt sets in, journeys that answer the questions buyers are silently asking, and measurement that ties every design decision to revenue.

03Selected work

Judged by outcomes, not screenshots.

Every engagement ends with a number the client's CFO cares about. Here are three.

Veyra Freight

Veyra's dispatch team ran a $4M freight operation on spreadsheets and a legacy TMS. We built the web platform that replaced both.

Pulseline

Pulseline came to us with a strength-training method and a spreadsheet of 4,000 waitlist emails. We shipped the iOS and Android app that turned it into a subscription business.

Ember & Oak

Ember & Oak's template storefront was invisible to search and slow on phones. We replatformed in nine weeks, then ran the growth retainer that tripled organic revenue.

05How we work

A factory floor, not a black box.

Five phases, weekly demos, and a staging URL that gets better every Friday.

  1. 01

    Discover

    Weeks 1–2

A written plan you could hand to any competent team — including one that isn't us.

  2. 02

    Design

    Weeks 2–5

A prototype in your hands by the end of the first design week.

  3. 03

    Build

    Weeks 4–10

A staging URL that gets visibly better every week.

  4. 04

    Launch

    Weeks 10–12

A boring launch day. That's the point.

  5. 05

    Support

    Ongoing

A named engineer answering — the same people who built it.

06Stack

Boring technology, deliberately.

Chosen so you can hire for it, audit it, and inherit it. Every entry links to shipped work.

07Working with us
They didn't ship a website, they shipped our operating system. The Friday report meeting doesn't exist anymore — the dashboard is the meeting.

08How to hire us

Three ways to buy. No mystery meat.

Pick the shape of the relationship first — the scope conversation gets easy after that.

Model 01

Fixed-scope project

from $99

priced after a 2-week discovery

A defined product, a fixed price, a committed timeline. Discovery sets the scope; the quote doesn't move unless the scope does — and scope changes are priced in writing before we build them.

Best when
  • You need a website, platform, or app shipped by a date
  • You want cost certainty before committing
  • You have a decision-maker who can attend a weekly demo
Model 02

Embedded team

from $2,000/mo

dedicated senior capacity, monthly

A senior designer-engineer pod that joins your standups, your Slack, and your roadmap. You direct priorities sprint by sprint; we bring the product discipline. The team you meet is the team that ships.

Best when
  • You have ongoing product work, not a single project
  • Your roadmap shifts too fast for fixed scopes
  • You want senior capacity without six months of hiring
Model 03

Growth retainer

from $99/mo

SEO, paid, and CRO as one system

Continuous acquisition work measured against one scoreboard: qualified pipeline. Weekly experiment cycles, monthly strategy reviews, and a live dashboard tying spend to revenue.

Best when
  • Your product is solid but acquisition is rented or flat
  • You want one accountable partner across SEO, paid, and CRO
  • You'll judge the work on revenue, not activity reports

Agencies: we also take senior overflow work, white-label, under NDA. Details on the pricing page.

09Before you ask

The questions you're actually asking.

Ownership, budgets, who really does the work. If we haven't answered yours, ask it directly — you'll get a straight answer within one business day.

You do. Everything — code, designs, content, analytics, ad accounts — lives in accounts you own from day one, with full IP assignment on final payment. No proprietary platform, no hostage hosting, no exit fee. If we part ways, you lose nothing but us.

The people you meet in the first call. We're a senior in-house team — no offshore handoff, no account-manager buffer, no bait-and-switch after the pitch. Every project has a named design lead and engineering lead you can message directly.

Projects start at $99 and growth retainers at $99/month — we publish this because vague pricing wastes everyone's time. Most marketing sites land between $99–$2,000, and web platforms and mobile apps between $2,000–$10,000. Discovery produces a fixed quote before you commit to a build.

Typical marketing sites ship in 2–4 weeks, platforms and apps in 6–12. We commit to dates at the end of discovery and we've missed two launch dates since 2017 — both moved by the client. You'll see a staging build every week, so you never have to take our word for progress.
